Our mass e-mailings are sent only to those who sign up for Opt-In e-mail lists.  If you sign up for our Opt-In e-mailings, instructions for removal come with every e-mail.  We verify every request to be put on our Opt-In e-mail list to insure that you are the one requesting it.  We do not send out unsolicited e-mail without your prior request and actively fight to stop the abuse of this valuable business asset.
